Buena MB Itinerary – SCSBOA Hart Rampage 11/3/18

College of the Canyons

·     9:00 am – Call time at Buena, full team to stadium, begin stretch block

·     9:20 am – band basics, guard/percussion sectionals

·     9:40 am – Band warm-up

·     10:00 am – Ensemble, comb through show (~20 min/production)

·     11:30 am – Run through

·     11:45 am – Rehearsal ends, push gear to truck

·     12:00 pm – Load truck and eat lunches (provided), change into half uniform

o  Color Guard and pit have priority in lunch line due to equipment and make-up needs.

·     1:15 pm – line up in band room with backpacks and gear, load bus

·     1:30 pm – Depart for COC (43 miles)

·     2:30 pm – Arrive, use bathroom, unload equipment by section, organize our gear.

·     3:00 pm – Stretch, visual warm-up, tune battery

·     3:30 pm – Push to rehearsal area “C”

·     3:45 pm – Sectional Warm Up

·     3:55 pm – Percussion Ensemble

·     4:05 pm – Full Ensemble, P1/P2 production runs w/met

·     4:10 pm – Full Run w/o met

·     4:20 pm – Pit: pack and push to gate. 

·     4:30 pm – Breakdown, move to pre-stage

·     4:45 pm – Pre-stage

·     5:00 pm – Perform

·     5:20pm – Debrief/Back to truck

·     5:40 pm – Carefully put away instruments and change into street clothes.

·     6:00 pm – 9:15 pm – Free time to eat dinner, watch bands and mingle with other schools. Must be in groups of at least 3. Take this opportunity to see some high-class bands in upper divisions and support the boosters from Hart HS. Bring spending $$ for concessions and souvenirs.

·     9:30 pm – Awards Ceremony

·     10:15 pm – Head back to buses, load and depart for Buena

·     11:30 pm – Arrive back at Buena, unload truck

·     11:45 pm - Dismissal
